I was down in Carmel last week and was able to do some sketching and took many reference photographs in beautiful Pt. Lobos just south of the village. This is the iconic China cove which is on the south side of the park and not to be missed. I'm going to paint this in a larger format (18"x24") in the near future. Good fun!
