"South Fork American River" Plein Air

6" x 8" Oil on Raymar Plein Air panel. Painted two weeks ago just off Hwy 49 on a rare winter day that was full of sun! This is gold country and there was no lack of gold panners about. The river was running fast, and loud, during this painting.

"Provence Study"

5" x 7" oil on canvas panel. Quick study of a Provence lavender and wheat field. I've been out painting quite a bit, but haven't had much time to post.
